Wooly Baby - Upcycled Wool Baby Slippers

Again, I am cold, these look SO cozy, I had to share ;)

Wooly Baby has managed to combine earth friendly, function and style all into one little slipper! Actually, not just one, she has many baby slippers to choose from (starting at $22).

Besides the cute design, the coolest thing about these is that they are upcycled (made from recycled wool sweaters). I LOVE this idea...I've had it in my head to try to make a decorative pillow this way...but that is beside the point...

Please visit Wooly Baby to see more!

Organize! Toy Bags!

Sort, organize, be happy! I don't know about you, but for me: organization = happy. There is something so RIGHT about being in an organized space. I often don't realize that is the case until I hem-n-haw for months about the mess. Then...finally...I organize and am happy at last. Anyway, enough rambling about that...I have found the solution!

Here are some GREAT toy bags that help keep those little pieces together. For between $14-$16 you can organize and be happy :)

You can find these in the Elsie Marley Etsy shop.

These are likely the most unique item I have found yet! These adorable wallets are made with paper that has been covered in a very heavy, clear vinyl and sewn together. WHAT?! How inventive and down right adorable!

Dear Sukie has a shop full of designs as functional and cute as this one (which can be purchased for only $18)! Check her out: www.DearSukie.etsy.com

Cloth Play Blocks

I love plush toys! As a mom of two (rather rowdy) boys...or any mom of an 18 month old really...I have a special appreciation for soft toys. They don't hurt other kids when thrown, they don't make a terrible crashing sounds when banged on the window, they are just plain nice.

Heather at The Polka Dot Tot Spot has brought together style and function when it comes to plush toys. She makes these 3"x3" stuffed blocks in the cutest modern fabrics. And she offers so many choices too! You can buy a set (of 3 for $16) to match baby's nursery or get a fun style to toss around the family room.

Head on over to her shop and check out these blocks and her other adorable items:

Another perfect piece to keep for your own hip baby or to give as a gift to the child who has 'everything'!

Visit Winklepots' online shop and see all the amazing designs the owner and creater Holly has to offer.
